STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve made two purchases from Branded Beauty in recent months. The first was an eyeshadow palette that arrived with the security seal already broken and it looked like it had been used. I reached out to customer service, and they did refund me for that palette. The second order was a bronzer, and guess what? The security seal was also broken, the packaging was all scratched up, and the product inside was smudged—definitely used. It’s just gross and totally unsanitary. I contacted them again, and they offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase. No way! I’m done ordering from them.

So, my item showed up today, and it was unsealed with some sticky stuff all over the lipstick case. I really hope it’s not the case, but it seems like it’s been used. I’m honestly shocked that anyone would sell unsealed products in 2022; the chances of contamination are way too high, especially after everything we've been through. This was listed on your site, where you claim to have the best brands at the best prices, but what I got was far from that. Update - just 30 minutes after I shot an email to the company, I got an apology, a clear explanation, and a full refund along with a discount code offer - now that’s what I call EXCELLENT service.
